who are we ?

In 2004, I started my own business as an Ayurveda and Yoga consultant after several years of studying the texts and practices of Ayurveda and Yoga with my teachers Dr Vinod Verma and Shriman Matsyavara Prabhu in Italy and India.

The study of the Vedic tradition and its practice in my daily life as a therapist, woman and mother has convinced me of the holistic nature of man.

I worked for several years with Ayurvedic doctors in Kerala. That's where I met Vincent. We married, and our daughter, Tess, was born in Kochi in 2012. We returned to France in 2013.

I continue my research on Ayurveda and Yoga. In recent years, I have studied complementary techniques: La Trame (c) energy healing, herbal medicine, and Tibetan karmic astrology, in order to increasingly embody the holistic vision of man (the principle of the 5 Koshas) that I discovered in the Indian tradition.

Vincent is a certified Ayurvedic therapist with the Government of Kerala (India). He offers his traditional Ayurvedic massages in France and Switzerland. He and I accompany our clients on Ayurvedic treatments in Kerala.
